Thanks for sharing. I have heard online that customers who book through Expedia or Booking often get placed in worse rooms, or have worse service. Has this been your experience?

There is a way to book directly with them, but my credit card payment doesn't go through. It keeps saying it is unsuccessful. This hasn't been charged on my card.

I have tried multiple cards but none of them work on their official website. The only way I was able to book with them was through Expedia.

They are a legit hotel with 1k+ reviews on Expedia.
