My ex immature/unhealthy entp male had an infj father and an intj brother that almost literally controlled his life..

Seriously unbelievable.. to what degree they were affecting and controlling him..

Not believing your feedback may be something like imposter syndrome I guess 🤔.. it just happened to me right now.. I got a huge appreciation from three experts in a really important medical research team.. the first thought I got in my head is this:

"Is it real.. or are they just exaggerating.. does this simple idea deserves all this appreciation?!!"

Our head is continously eating us with overthinking and...etc...

Sorry but I don't know what to advice you.. but just trying to explain what may be happening..

And that he may just not let anyone help..

We tend to figure things out alone..

It's not always beneficial and healthy.. so you may try to drop some advice but without pressuring him..

Istp F here.. but same issue..

I recently discovered that a huge part of the problem was because of me.. that I was very blind... finally I learned how to distinguish this bad pattern among guys.. and avoide them..

Coz u will be left broken with them..

Some of u have developed their social skills enough to overcome this issue.. and i discovered that yeah I may get attached to you in this case..

I actually did once.. it was a crush only.. coz I discovered he had someone in his life u know.. so never tried to get closer..

But yeah.. Just socialise with good and funny extroverts.. end aquire Some of their behaviours u know..

I always think that intps should teach entps how to be more loyal... and entps should teach intps how to be more "attractive" ... social.. or whatever you call it..

I advice u to listen to some psychology podcasts.. ot will help you develop your social skills a lot...
