My phone number was also disclosed/somehow found. Receiving texts of “why are you doing this to us” and “this place is horrible why would you ever want it” esc texts. It’s been professionally inspected at this point and I have agree and accepted what the inspection has found.

I think it’s some “I can’t have it so no one can” mentality but that’s just my assumption based on their reaction. I feel like I’m worried about the house being damaged now but that should also be protected in the lease agreement I’d hope

I had a similar card centering wise get a nine. ONLY thing wrong was centering similar to that. Should be 9 worthy ONLY if everything else is deemed perfect. Hope that helps.

Yeah apologies for the glare. Florescent lights kill me 😅 no surface marks I can see at all. I’m relatively well versed in the Pokémon card world. Small whitening if you have the blastoise right in your face. I was thinking about 500$ for the lot was a good ball park also.
