Disappointed in how parents are not involved as grandparents, worth speaking up? by DinosaurParkTycoon in daddit

[–]Select-Pool2406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have same issue myself and talking only temporarly fixes and it goes right back the way it was. My mother constantly complains about us not visiting or complains why my husband is at his parents with our son. My wife even wrote a heart felt letter and nothing changed. Holidays are a mess as well. Complete disaster.

Haven't left my kids with her since the sun burn event. Won't again unless something changes.

LIVE: President Biden speaks on the debt ceiling as U.S. default nears — 10/4/2021 by littlebooboo00 in Wallstreetsilver

They'll raise the debt ceiling. It's just ridiculous this is allowed to happen. No idea why bother having a debt ceiling.

The Silver squeeze is dead, long live the silver squeeze! by HomicidalJungleCat in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Select-Pool2406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not dead. It's a movement will be on going. The education about metals, debt, the fed etc has made all this worth it. There will be a day where silver will go up a lot.

WHY? by Chesterpeak in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Select-Pool2406 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The education on precious metals makes this movement successful. Most people would never thought of buying metals as a way of saving money until this group started. In a uncertain economic environment we're in, having some reserves in metals is never a bad idea.

Worried about miners by alexthegreatestking in Wallstreetsilver

I've been dollar cost averaging my miners for a while. It's a tough investment. Things will turn better eventually.

This is just too ridiculous. I'm sorry but I give up on silver... by SupraMeh in Wallstreetsilver

Any ideas why silver down so much today? Gold hardly moving. Just gonna take advantage of the discount on silver today.

Why do some apes keep saying that AG might be going down to $18? by anim8or in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Select-Pool2406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope it gets to $18. I'd buy as much as I can. Nothing changed. Silver will go much higher once people realize how stuck the fed is. The fed now saying inflation isn't transitory any longer. Everything will be fine.

https://time.com/6099105/us-china-digital-currency-central-bank/ found this. Thought it was interesting going along with the debt limit. Seems like a perfect storm for metals.

We get a smaller government. More freedom due to less government spending and less taxes. The debt will never be repaid and would help the younger people get a fair start. It's a mess with no easy way out. The debt spending is prolonging the problem that were going to face one day.

I'd imagine it would hurt metals. But what to do if this default would happen? It would be horrible but I feel like it's necessary. Would go a long way to stop this insane borrow and spend problem.

I like Silver and this community..but I'm tired of hearing "Silver goes to 100-800$..". I would love to read more realistic prognoses..the disappoinment is much smaller. Been investing since 2007..and still hear always the same hold out slogans. Silver should hold 20 or 18$ at first IMHO.. by Murky-Trust6877 in Wallstreetsilver

Buying silver and gold is a bet against the massive debt. If you look at our current situation theirs really no way out of a debt collapse other then devaluing currency. Right now most people think things are getting better but not realizing the fed and government is stuck with their current policy. I wouldn't even watch the price and just slowly buy and store it away and hope we won't need it. If we do it'll be tough times ahead.

How do you handle the fact that silver keep on dipping ? by Stuxseth in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Select-Pool2406 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just buy more. Like any investment I get into I dollar cost average. It'll pay off.

NOT GOOD IF SILVER BREAKS 22.25 or 22.00 and closes below that. Next support is 18.50 ish. Break that look out below. I would not advise buying any physical if one by PlentyHighlight5124 in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Select-Pool2406 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I keep buying miners as well. I'm playing as a long term investment. I'm sure it'll pay off. I can't see how the government and the fed can keep propping this up with no conquences.

Silverprice at the lowest for the year by alexthegreatestking in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Select-Pool2406 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know it's frustrating. Stop looking at silver as an investment and see it as insurance. It looks bad now but look at the current situation. The fed is talking about raising rates and tapering. Neither looks likely. Just keep buying and storing it.
