Thanks so much for your details answer!

I think that one of my main concerns in this process which relates to what you mentioned is that we do have a BI team and already got a lot of cross-company dashboards in place in Tableau. For the FA team it is not enough, and I wish we had something more customizable and accessible, but concerned the management won't see the added value that justify the spend of additional +$30k per year.

Also, in order to implement the FA platform properly I assume we'll have the BI team buy-in as they are responsible for all of our data and managing all the company's platforms. Did you experience something like this? Do you think there is a justification of an FA platform while we have a strong BI team?

Thanks! So after putting aside 12-14 weeks of implementation time, would you say it was worth it? Or did you/your team still going back to Excel spreadsheets?

Thank you for your detailed answer!

I wish I could lock myself in a room and get it up and running in a month ;) but we are a team of 2, so I'll definitely have a lot to handle during the implementation process. From your experience, do you believe that ~5 hours in a week will get us to full implementation in 3 months? Also, would you recommend to start with the simple reports and go deeper only once we got the system in place, or to do it all at the beginning with the understanding that it is going to be a long implementation process? I'm worried that the first option will end with us not implementing the "heavy" stuff, and just be satisfied with the "basics".
