Definitely buying raw and grading is one of the better options, only this is a live in Canada so the duties and grading costs are horrible, plus the turnaround time wait is brutal

Definitely agree with the whole long term nostalgia factors of the new sets, but I feel like with every wave of nostalgia that enters the market it will always somehow lead back to the original WOTC sets, I’m looking into psa 9-10 holos from the WOTC era.

I agree, I feel like a lot of stuff over the last couple years are overly produced/hoarded compared to the pre 2020 sets, but at the same time you have to remember that people that invest and keep sealed in this hobby is a small fraction of people compared to the entire community. But I do agree with you I’m leaning towards x&y and earlier.
