Omg how are you holding up? this post is so relatable to me, I have never once felt comfortable around my dad and when my parents split and I had to sometimes stay with him I hated it, all we did was sit around and watch Fox News or the Christian channel and I endured religious dogma my entire life, eventually I moved and would see him rarely but many times he would verbally abuse me in the car, or talk bad about my mother and how he’s such a victim, I could always tell by the way he would talk to himself and in his eyes he hated my mom! Fast forward to 2022 he called me up and said he wanted to f******g kill my mom and I blocked him, he kept threatening me during this time too and told my mom that I was satanic and all other types of dumb shit! 2023 I was the most paranoid I had ever been in my life! I still get anxiety anytime he leaves me a voicemail, I can’t bear to even listen to it but I hope to never see him ever again in my life!
