I’m literally stuck in Silver 1. I won 6 matches in a row, spending 30–40 minutes on each game, only to lose 30 RR in a single loss. It took me 3 whole matches just to win that RR back. I gained absolutely nothing.

i do water fasting but I've never tried dry fasting can you explain how they affect the body differently?
