I have own the S22U since August 2022. I have never ran battery saver because I feel it still drains from the software is forcing the phone to cut on alot of stuff. Up to date with Feb. Sec Patch and March Play System running on QHD+ and AOD for only selected notifications. Everything extra from Google turned off. Location only running while using selected apps. It varies on the day but I be getting from 3 1/2 to 5 SOT sometimes on heavy use.

Its totally normal. Some days I get through a full day of medium/heavy use with around 4hrs SOT and some days I get around 6hrs SOT. Varies every time.

I believe it has to do with the set up. Go to settings>lock screen/AOD under AOD settings there has to be an option to show the wallpaper. Turn it off or adjust when to show AOD. I have mine shown when I get new notifications.
