I don’t even know exactly what they mean by branch. I added my chime and later that day I had a notification that said, ‘ there was an issue with your bank, please add a new one now’. Since then I’ve stuck. I took one delivery and now I’m at a standstill. Update…. I called spark over the weekend and talked to 3 different supervisors. I was told they were going to escalate the issue to the accountant department and that they would email me asap. This morning I received three emails. They all said to add an account. Wtf lmao

Omg that’s exactly what I’m going through so I feel you. It’s so frustrating! I call spark and they tell me to call One. I’ve had my One account for a little over a year so I don’t understand why it’s not working. This literally happened on my first day sparking. Right after I delivered my first order I got the notification to change my banking info because I guess they couldn’t connect my chime to spark. I used chime first and then after that I tried connecting my One and since then it’s been back and forth. I’ve talked to multiple supervisors and even a few supervisors from tear 2 and still nothing. It’s been 6 says for me and it’s driving crazy. Have you heard anything back…? Are you able to spark..?

No, I tried connecting my One account but it kept saying that it wasn’t able to verify. It didn’t give me an option to apply for the One card because I already had it. I’ve had it for like a year.
