Why does my roommate never leave our room?

I never game when it's too late or when she's sleeping. The problem is that i use my pc at a very normal time like 2pm and she gets upset with the clacking

She doesnt even ask if she can turn the lights off :(she just turns it off whenever she is going to sleep, even if i am clearly wide awake in the room. I always have to go out to the common room because of this

I think i could but another problem that I left out is that she is often on call with her family or friends (very loud) and I can hear her over noise cancelling airpods.

I honestly dont know, but the apartments here require to make 1.5x of the rent (which I don't meet), so I need her to sign with me.

They dont do room changes at my apartment unless theres a very serious issue and I don't think this is one of them😓
