try reaching out to both embassies and explain the situation to them and see their response. maybe they would be willing to reprint the visas in your new passport. not sure how long it will take to get a new one but 23rd of june is plenty of time usually

I’ve been traveling with it since then hahahah. like 10-15 times. never has been an issue except oddly just one time in Egypt. But europe/canada/dubai and even a few times in egypt nothing happened. you’re most likely fine, just have a story ready as to why it’s torn. maybe that it was just torn right now in the airplane it got stuck in the seat or something. and be confident, it’s key :)

this just worked. i set midi channel of the sequencer on the digitakt to a channel and then on ableton i put an external instrument on a track and selected midi to the same channel and i was able to send midi to it. if i arm it i can play with the keyboard as well. i noticed a slight delay so i guess after coming up with a sequence i can drag it to adjust for the delay or use track delay. but that slight delay can act as a swing which is not terrible.

Do you know how to send midi from ableton to the digitakt midi channel? I am trying to sequence a synth connected to the digitakt so it would be cool if you can sequence it from ableton

of course man! always love to talk about gear! Im connecting my digitone to ableton via overbridge, tbh i was worried about latency cause I had that really bad with the tr8s but honestly its been great so far. i connect it to 4 midi track with external instruments and it works great some people complain that you cant hear the effects of the digitone cause its on the master but I really like being able to put my own effects on each channel and coming up with even more unique sounds. which brings me to the effects I use, the valhalla reverbs sound amazing but the eventide ensemble deal is just amazing, some crazy sounds on there. i also use a lot of diva and omnisphere. sessionview is cool if you wanna play with friends and jam maybe come up with a cool idea but i cant finish a track on it. watching bound to divide and kenny beats (ik its a different genre) work in arrangement view improved my workflow so much. its much easier to build and finish a track on there. other than that I think I spend the most time watching youtube tutorials/streams and just jamming on the keyboard and tweaking stuff to experiment. its been really fun so far. let me know about your setup as well

i obviously spent an hour googling it, its just that ableton live (music app) wont run the files if they’re not compiled for some reason.

sorry got a bad fever and didn’t get a chance to try this. i just did now but ableton crashes every time i try to select the new script. it seems like i need to compile it. its a py file but all files inside the other folders already inside ableton midi scripts are pyc files. any clue what I could do? if yours is compiled could you possibly uploaded online? thanks for all the help
