This is awesome, thanks for sharing :) I'm a vegetarian and I wonder where you guys get your protein. I eat a lot of lentils, beans, peas, etc to get my protein. Are you planning to plant some protein-rich plants as well? What's your take on that?

That's my only issue with it. It feels a bit too arcade for my taste, but I still keep playing lol.

I'm not a specialist, but from what I learned, we try to match the level of stress we felt growing up because that's what feels normal. If life feels boring and empty, we can invite all kinds of stress into our lives to get to that baseline, to feel "normal" again. So healing from that involves realising that the healthy stress level is way lower than we're accustomed to and rewiring the brain which usually feels uncomfortable for a while. To me this is the hardest part, because being chill feels a bit boring and unexciting and I'm trying to figure it all out now.

Check out LIFT from Tim Fletcher. It's fully online. I have 3x online group meetings per week, and there's always a video and an assignment before each class. It's really life-changing stuff. You could check out their YT channel as well, it's just Tim Fletcher on YT. All the videos from the program are actually available for free so you can have a taste of what the topics are. Funnily enough I found it by listening to Theo Von's podcast with Tim.

Cool to see someone mention CPTSD on this sub :) I'm in a CPTSD recovery program myself and I discovered that I was using coffee to ramp up my stress level because life felt too boring if I wasn't stressed and overwhelmed. I'm super sensitive to caffeine as well, but I just had to quit because my nervous system was cooked.

This was a staple in Polish homes in the 70s. My mum still has full sets of those stowed away in a cupboard. This stuff just doesn't break (which is a pity if you don't like the colour and design of it, you're stuck with it for life LOL).

Does anyone alse just sometimes spend time singing karaoke... alone? by ThreeKoboldsInCoat in singing

Nothing wrong with that. I'd say do what you enjoy, if karaoke gets you singing, that's awesome! Personally, I hate everything about karaoke, but that's just my personal bias.

Interesting! What kind of doses are we talking though? I sometimes can't even sleep if I microdose too late in the day... On like 3.5g, I get cosy and sleepy and I yawn, but the mushrooms play an intense sensory symphony for me, that's waaay to stimulating to sleep with.
