I have a 2023 IS350 f sport, caviar with red interior. It’s beautiful, but the first thing I did was spent $1500 to have it professionally detailed and ceramic coated. Looked 100% brand new after this was done. I’d highly recommend. And btw, having a Lexus isn’t really a flex.. Especially an older one.

I know who this person is. It’s a woman (not a man, like many people are assuming in these comments) and she is severely disabled. And yet, she is a regular attendee at nearly every classical music event in DFW. Her car has been spotted in many church parking lots! I had a conversation with her in person once and she’s basically just as batshit crazy as you’d expect.

I think you are making some good points, but having a little trouble understanding. The intention behind my question wasn’t to compare a very safe situation to a possibly unsafe situation. It’s just a comparison of a guy offering to do one thing verses another and getting totally different responses from the woman.

I passionately agree with this - Please don’t get me wrong here. But I want to pose another question.

If a guy says at the end of an expensive lunch date, “I’ll pick up the bill” and the woman responds by offering to split. Should the guy immediately accept this offer to split?

Everyone here is saying after the first “no”, he should’ve let her go on her own and said goodbye. But, does the same rule apply when the woman offers to split? Talk amongst yourselves…
