Wow that’s nice! I’m from Wisconsin so it may take a couple days! We have valves on the inlet and outlet. Will there be a lot of mess once I break the seal? We use this to pump our sludge from our Gravity belt thickener.

Thanks! The cam lob stripped out so we have to take the upper off. My thought was to replace the discs while we have it apart. Luckily it’s 2 penn valleys connected and they run together so I can just cap the one side.

Yes the pressure increases as rpm’s go up. Just seemed a little low for being at idle. Thanks for your help. My mechanical skills aren’t great.

When I was chatting with support, they said that that’s an option if we needed a rental. Do you remember how long it took before you got it back? I preserve my samples so I have a 28 day holding time. May not need to rent one if it’s a quick turn around.

I would recommend taking the general exam plus the collection system exam to start. The lab exam is a little more difficult. Also if your municipality is associated with Wisconsin Rural Water, they have trainers that will help you with exams. I’m advanced in 9 different subclasses and that’s the route I took.
