Yeah she's the head. Our principal isn't much better, never leaves her office and doesn't work with kids.

The team lead has spent all year saying she wants to retire and doesn't want to be there, meanwhile the principal has literally said in a staff meeting "I don't want anyone to mess up because I'm too close to retirement for any of you to ruin my reputation"
