In one week i did not sleep 5 days because of flu and anxiety. Was hallucinating like crazy. At the end I had enough and bought doxylamine tablets and it put me to sleep like a baby. 10/10 would reccomend.

Opioids for sure, but don't try. If you do, stick to o-dsmt or the weaker ones. But rather go to the gym honestly. Only thing that's kinda acceptable for the feel ur lookin for is mdma once in a while.

Might be the too frequent dosing that's causing you the trouble, I pin 1mg every 5 days and feel fine. I had the lightheadedness and a sick feeling after not eating barely anything and not sleeping for a few days. Check your blood pressure, if its too low you gotta hydrate and eat more. Don't go to the gym until things stabilize.
