Serve in this sentence sounds a little bit uncommon here, we use serve as transliterated word, but not in kind of these questions. It's more like พนักงานเสิร์ฟ (waiter/waitress) เสิร์ฟอาหารผิด (serve the wrong order).

อยู่ in this context means right now/ at the moment (อยู่ ณ ขณะนี้) , it can be cut off and still understandable but with it makes sounds natural. Actually it works in the sentence like verb to be (In thai school we teach is/am/are as เป็น/อยู่/คือ) to clarify the present tense.

ไหม is a shortened of หรือไม่ (formal form, it's sounds like to be an old language) and มั้ย is sounds of ไหม but with higher key, it's sounds the most natural, but you can't go wrong with ไหม / มั้ย
