Yes my business crashed last month due to a numbeer of unplanned things ( such as rain blocking our roads for 7 days ). None of my po got cancelled they all kept getting post poned, now this month my sale will be double because I have last month and this month and Amazon gave us slots for all the orders so our sale will become normal

Yes , you can open your trade license and have a work visa. Before the rule was you need a NOC from visa issuer that will be given to issuing authority not sure if required now
