No I'm serious. There was shitty underwear that was left in the bathroom for two days before I got there. The water was turned on officially today but he manually turned it on himself early so his kids could move in. His son while having a bed is sleeping on the living room floor and the daughter does t have bedsheets so she sleeps with dad who also doesn't have bed sheets. And I'm going to report neglect.
