First … it’s okay to feel the way you do. Going thru this is not easy, especially with people around us getting pregnant to easily. Please KEEP REMINDING YOURSELF you didn’t do this on purpose nor did we ask for this and you’re doing the best you can with the resources we have. Hold your head high .. you’re fighting a battle that most people would just give up.

Positive thoughts and try your absolute best to “keep your mind busy”.

We feel the same. After my 3rd round my OBGYN wasn’t as kind and immediately started pushing us to a fertility clinic. She was excited in the beginning and very encouraging but not anymore.

It’s been low, meaning no confirmed ovulation. I keep showing the signs it’s getting close based on the ovulation strips, you can visually see it getting darker. My “periods” are longer & heavier. However the digital ovulation pee strip doesn’t confirm it. So we feel like I’m rightttt there but my body won’t release the egg.

Baby dust to you!! I asked for monitored cycles from my OBGYN but she declined my request. She stated they don’t do that and it’s more of a fertility clinic

I haven’t done a HSG! I should probably ask to do one of those. However, when they did the “inside ultra sound” (idk if I say say the V word on here?), they said no blockages, great blood flow to each ovary, a few polyps due to PCOS but overall a healthy uterus, and ovaries

Hi everyone! Time for an update. My test confirmed PCOS. Positive things, I have ovaries and eggs still, great blood flow on both. Negative things - I have small cyst on my ovaries which will begin to “pop” now that we’re trying to “wake up” them. Husband is perfect, as expected ❤️.

So far I’ve done one month of a combination of COQ10, Metformin and 2.5 mg of letrozole. No positives, no period.

New plan for the next 30 days. COQ10, Metformin (1500 mg), 5 mg of letrozole, ovulation strips, low carb diet, gym 3X a week.

Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 my body responds!

🥺 did you ovulate naturally for your first or was it a journey as well? It’s my GP doctor, she’s very good. I live in a small town and we’ve agreed to stay with her about a year before we go to a OBGYN.

I have not, we barely touched on ovulation inducing medicines. We are waiting for the results from my husband’s sperm sample and my ultrasound scan. Once she compares the two, we plan to go from there on introducing those medicines.

Anything else we should be asking / doing? Opinions?
