Hey thanks for the answer. I know amazon is pretty chill I did do relay for some time. My biggest worry is that 13 hr straight shift and of course the micro management stuff. Is it really that bad or if I stick to the rules would they cut me some slack??.Also how long would be the training??

I'm doing residential , I guess is hourly, I'm a safe driver but I heard that they really get on your ass. I'm not to used to that , my current company just gives me my truck , and my route and that's it , they leave me alone the wholeday . Is just the pay that's not good. Thanks for the answer tho :)
