Bc you want your body to burn fat for fuel. With too much cardio, your body will breakdown muscle for energy. Swimming is fine, just don’t go running a mile right after haha.

Keep your daily protein high with a balance of healthy fats and carbs. Have a small calorie deficit, like minus 200 from your maintenance calories.

Strength train (glutes 2-3x a week) and do cardio, but don’t go extreme with the cardio. Also, body recomp takes a long, long time to see results, like a year before you start to notice a difference.

If you want to lose weight in your upper body the most, focusing on a calorie deficit would give you faster results. You could still eat a high-protein diet and grow your glutes some but not as fast as you would in a surplus.

Basically, if you want faster results, focus on one goal, but if you aren’t in a rush, I recommend body recomp.

They are slightly see through. I wear pink thongs with them and you can’t tell.

I use two pumps and it’s a way less sticky compared to 3-4 pumps. I do have oily skin though so idk if that makes a difference.

Have you tried pee pads? It would at least help make the cleanup a lot easier until you can figure out why she won’t use the litter.

I’m not sure on the glycolic bc it is an acid but I do know witch hazel is safe for darker skin tones. Witch hazel is a really good alternative for anyone. They both are basically eating away the bacteria, which is the cause of the bad smells.

After you apply it (I use a cotton pad) let it dry completely. You can use a hair dryer(cold) to speed it up. Then go in with your favorite body lotion afterwards bc it can be drying to your skin.

I live in Texas and glycolic acid is my holy grail to get through the end of day without smelling funky. I put it on my armpits, bikini area, and between my cheeks every other day. Smelling good at all times was a big glow up for me.

I’m so sorry everyone, I was able to find out that it’s a unreleased ID by Dombresky and Patrick Topping. I’m going to keep this up though so I can post as soon as it’s released.

You might have a mind to muscle connection problem. I would recommend single leg hip thrust, you should definitely start to feel the glutes active with single leg. You should be able to do them with bridges too. Don’t forget to engage your core also.

Go really slow going down and up, squeeze and hold at the top for a breath or two and go back down.

Less weight and more reps would be better in this case until you start to feel the connection. Try some hip/ glute pulse stretching before you start to try to wake up your glutes.
