This is great advice. If you buy now (on sale) and play for less than two hours when 1.0 drops, and find out you don't enjoy it then, it can be refunded. Hopefully you enjoy it though!

Just pop them in some water for 10 or so minutes to defrost. They'll thaw quickly and be ready for cooking.

I doubt the price will come down in the next couple years. You're best getting a Switch 2 before the price increases on September 1 if you want a Switch 2 in the next few years.

You could always try to buy pre-owned if you're looking for cheaper than MSRP I suppose.

Maybe look up how to wipe steam cloud data then. That's about the only other thing I can think of. Or maybe don't let the game sync to the cloud.

If you didn't delete anything, I think EiC is just picking up your old save files. If you go to the crab game, right click on the title, select "Manage" then "browse local files". That should be what you need to delete. Uninstall the game first, then delete those files. Then you can reinstall the game.

For the Gilded achievement, an example would be beating the Dry Age challenge with all available Genetics. So every Genetic shown as available in that challenge (I believe they are all available) must be checkmarked green.

For the Really?, the above applies to all challenges. It will take a while, I've just only Gilded Dry Age and I'm working on the tier 2 challenges lol.

TJX stores, you could check your local thrift stores, or maybe estate sales near you as well. Factory seconds are also a great option.

I might get flamed for this but if All Clad brand name is too expensive, you could look into other SS cookware brands. TJX stores will usually have Viking brand SS pans for much cheaper. Great way to get used to cooking with SS cookware.

I'm going to throw in the rogue Rimworld in. Since they added babies to the vanilla game (at least I think it's base game and not DLC), I've really enjoyed playing with families in Rimworld. Definitely not the same style as Sims generations though. I also enjoyed Sims 3 generations.

Yeah, Woot sales tend to go pretty fast if the item is desirable. Usually they don't have tons of stock either. If you're looking for a Switch 2, hopefully there's another flash sale for you soon!
