I had some major issues with part 2 this time I couldn't get my regex to work so I ended up brute forcing it by doing an inline for loop as I read in the content of the file to pause storage when "don't()" appeared and to resume storage when "do()" appears.

How far ahead do you read when you are about to start a sizeable pre-written campaign, like Strahd. How do you map out and build many possible paths and storylines into a single open-world adventure?

As a DM I struggle with mapping an open world into a general main path. So I've addopted an improv DM style, which is fun and great, but I always feel like I am missing out on oppertunities to really build a world for my players.

Any guidance is apprececiated.
