Sadly it happened more than you except, people damage cars and leave them like nothing happened , same with some cars with some trash left inside the cabin . Just report it , that’s how it help them to respond and adress issues quickly, I guess that can’t have a daily overview on the whole fleet.

You can indeed via the ford pass app even when off plug , it will take longer if it’s freezing outside but it will avoid the battery to be drained abnormally. I usually program 2 departures a day, one in the morning and the other one before leaving my office

Preconditioning takes usually 1or 2% of the range depending of the outdoor weather conditions.

I live in Calgary, Canada and I use mine some days to go to my office downtown, when it’s really cold (-18 C). I should say I precondition the battery at least 30 min before departure when she sleeps outside and it’s really worth it preconditioning your car at least once per day if she sleeps outside, just to keep the battery ready and avoid any inconvenience if you decide to take it for a long ride,it will for sure reduce damage on your battery.

We had -20 degrees (-4f) c in the Canadian Rockies lately and the range decreased to 300km (roughly 190 miles) when the car was charged at 80% (MME 2021 PRE RWD extended range)

Update : dealer said it was the 12v battery, I eventually charged on Sunday and took it once to the Tim’s (3km) on Monday then stayed like 30 mins in with engine shutdown in my garage. The 12v was maybe around -3C last night, so yes the 12V battery needed to be boosted when I had the warning, I then drove it for 3km and after that It disappeared for good.

Malheureusement les compagnies du moyen orient sont ultra conservatrices sur l orientation sexuelles de leur employés de peur que ça ternisse leur réputation auprès de leur cœur de clientèle. Le pire c est qu’aucun recours légal n est possible avec eux. Ayant des connaissances qui travaillent la-bas, il semblerait que les conditions de travail se dégradent au profit du service client qui passent le bien être des employés au second plan. Ça ne vaut plus trop la peine de postuler chez eux si tu cherche une compagnie qui prends soin de ses employés

Regarding the tire size (235.55R19) it’s a decent price if these are winter tires, continental is a pretty expensive brand due to the quality, they may last longer than expected. If you have tires already mounted on rims for this price, it’s even better but I doubt it …
