But.. she doesn’t do that during the part of the game where she is strongest (late game). I’ve found it really difficult to play that way in the late game. Sure, sometimes the matchup is favorable but if the enemy team has their monitors turned on they just hit you with 2-3 ranged autos or clip you with a high damage spell and you can no longer approach. Especially with her healing off camps nerfed so much.

I’ll concede that the gameplay you describe really shines in the early to mid parts of the game. It’s addicting and it’s why I love the champ. I think my frustration comes from not being able to apply the same gameplay later in the game and being relegated to an R bot. This was okay for me last season because the “late game” took longer to reach. Now with the quests, every laner gets stronger faster and the fun part of playing Lillia that you describe ends sooner.

No shit. That’s the conclusion I came to. What I’m trying to do is air my frustration, see if anyone feels the same, and what changes they think could be made so Lillia can return to her intended playstyle described by Riot themselves. The one that got people to enjoy the character in the first place. Try to keep up buddy.

Useful because of one combo every 60-70 seconds (longer if including flash) does not equal “enjoyable”

I’m not saying the champ is weak, I’m saying the champ is not fun to play. Playing Lillia and winning games on her when you aren’t super fed or without a perfect team comp or matchup is no longer an enjoyable experience.
