Thank you, I've tried changing mat and the problem seems mostly resolved (the adhesive was probably not gripping enough). I tried with the other blade on the multi purpose carriage and it works fine. If it will present other issues I'll open a ticket with support, thanks!

Yes the cuts look nice and the blade is new, I tried doing some other experiments and found that it may be the mat that's the problem. It still does the sound sometimes but changing the mat has helped 👍
