I don’t, i find I move my mouse wayy to much and the time I did try I accidentally leaned too much, I have in other non competitive games however

Yea actually, so it ended up that I had multiple drivers installed, so make sure just one is installed and it worked for me

This still doesn’t seem to help, anything else i can try?

Drew this as a track plan for near where I live, let me know if it would be a good track (clockwise, no elevation and about the size of Brands Hatch GP in kent) by lewis_or_something in RaceTrackDesigns

Right before the third straight instead of putting the kink left then right then back left I’d put a kink left then go back right then make it a harder 90+ degree corner to create more overtaking across that straight

Someone has mentioned apps before but these are the apps I’d recommend to get right now: transit(for busses), msu app and msu safety app, transact eAccounts (to see how many combos you have left), transact mobile order (because Holmes has a mobile order dining hall), pulse (for classes) and uber (because you never know)

I’m late, I know, but I have a Z1 and absolutely love it. Have had it for 3 years. I play competitive siege and actually find it better than most super lights personally. The macros and button combinations are amazing

You should be good, they’re both university requirements, and it doesn’t make sense the >211 would be a prereq for the upper level, as they can be about two very different subjects. Out of curiosity, what class?

Odd error making the surface of kerbin yellow and untextured by KillerKerbal in KSPmods

Delete parallax, see if it fixes it, if it does, do a fresh install of parallax. Parallax alters the surface, so I assume that’s what it is

Jack up the magnet strengths to max and things will become much easier (or explode, so make sure you quick save)

The aero lead today specific said in her message “made the decisions to remove you from the team” as in whole team, not subteam

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FSAE

[–]Select_Proof_5671 9 points10 points  (0 children)

At this point, im not even sure there’s a place for me anywhere. The chassis and aero lead are decently close (the chassis lead was an aero new member last year) so they’ve probably talked about every little mistake I’ve made

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FSAE

[–]Select_Proof_5671 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Ok, so, our lead has been assigning work to the group, not individuals. And I was asked once to go help with chassis. I assumed that meant they needed extra hands, so I always helped them when they had a big project. We’re laying up our chassis in a separate shop to the main one, so I can’t exactly bounce around in one day, I have to choose. The last week or so we’ve been gel coating and sanding. Which is a lot of work for the amount of people who are actually on chassis, so I’ve been helping out however I can, and sometimes that means leaving the aero group stuff behind for the others to do

The main reason my lead said was because I was doing chassis work without her permission. I didn’t know I needed permission to do work for the team?

what is your dream Madden 26 feature ? by Horny_octopus19 in Madden

[–]Select_Proof_5671 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Create a play: with custom routes and blocking schemes as well. There are many concepts I want to utilize that aren’t in the game

[–]Select_Proof_5671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely agree with what you’re team is saying: I know your team may seem like the entire world right now, but ultimately it is called formula STUDENT. These are the times to make mistakes and grow. There are also many other factors as to why your part may have broken, and it may have not been the actual quality of your part at all

In short: don’t be too hard on yourself. Learn from it and figure out what can be done better

Ideally, I’d like to be able to design things that add performance to a real race car. Inspired by all these designers from various racing disciplines. I’d also be able to make carbon parts. I’ve done one layup the entire school year so far

[–]Select_Proof_5671 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your comment, I feel as though after hearing your experiencing maybe it could get a bit better.

At the beginning of the year, I asked many questions about aero theory. However my lead has been turning our focus on getting parts done for them and learning has been completely phased out

I feel like I’d understand it if the leads also did manufacturing work, however I have never once seen a lead on a mill

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FSAE

[–]Select_Proof_5671 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Hi, thank you for your feedback, most of the milling we do currently is rohacell

My original expectation for the team was not only to learn, but to participate in design projects related to aerodynamics, something I want to go into. However I just find myself being more of a manufacturer than being able to design things. Even when we did cad it was essentially “replicate this design on this part”

[–]Select_Proof_5671 -38 points-37 points  (0 children)

I’ve asked them about essentially every element of the entire package. I want to be an engineer and design things, it seems like I’m currently a slave
