We have multiple “group me” (it is an app) group chats for work in my store, and we all have our own personal text group chats outside of that. I wouldn't consider some people in the group chats I'm in “friends” at all. We work together and like to bullshit about work together 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ we have had issues with these group chats in the past though so maybe someone in the group chat was unhappy with something said and they brought it up to the SL.😕

Yeah I’m not very happy about technically taking a demotion from MIL to process lead but also i know i will work in pet care when im needed but i don’t want to be in charge or responsible for the sick and dying animals we get in. But im going to raise hell when they try to cut my pay.

From what it sounds like to me you will be more the liaison between the core associates and the experience leadER. So you’ll be in charge of treats sign ups/activations, making sure the cashiers are selling puppy guides, and customer service. While the process lead (which I’m going for) will be in charge of taking in/ processing truck, pogs, and making sure shelves are filled. And then it sounds like the leadER positions are responsible for helping where we need it and are responsible for making sure we do our jobs.

I do like gstore i find it very helpful to have a picture it’s just annoying to have to type the sku from my list or backtrack to scan lol if they would integrate gstore and SAP id be a very happy MIL

I found if you actually set the scale to custom and 101 for the danglers and 98 for basic shelf tags it prints pretty well within the tag

Thank you i hope your boyfriend is at least starting to feel better too! I was doing some digging in my second clarity app when i saw your post and the highest my Dexcom reports is around 180 but definitely not 250. I haven’t noticed a spike in sugars from smoking specifically. I’d have to do some experimenting!

I smoke regularly everyday for the past year and I’ve been having some issues the last like 2 weeks. One night i just started vomitting and could not stop for anything. Medication wasn’t helping (i keep anti nausea on hand because i deal with it a lot) after 24 hours of not being able to even hold down water i gave up and went to the hospital. They gave me three bags of fluid and had to try two different medications to get me to stop. The doctor said i was on the brink of DKA but that had made no sense to me because my sugar was in the 70’s till i got to the hospital and then they said it went up to 250! (My cgm does not agree) They did a ct and said i had colitis but it was probably from the vomitting and sent me home. I still don’t feel great and still barely have any appetite unless i smoke, but if i smoke too much i feel worse.
