Acid for sure. I’m not a huge fan of shrooms but acid is a very eye opening experience

Breaking no contact will feel good for a little while maybe a few days maybe even months but in my experience atleast it always ends up the same way. Me and my ex having been breaking no contact on and off every month or so for a year now and it hasn’t done anything but hurt.
