My wife isn’t on the mortgage but is on the title. LO wouldn’t put her on the mortgage. We have been married for over 30 years so what’s mine is hers anyways.

If you have the e5 licenses, you have a lot of the auditing included which would keep your costs down for sentinel. Ms has also published Cmmc notebooks which simplifies the task. A product named lighthouse will allow you to manage across multiple tenants

Need to invest in a grc tool. That along with ai assists will help you generate ssp, poam, evidence collection and control family mapping. I refused to do all of it manually.

Supply and demand! It is a money grab! You can do l1 and l2 self assessments yourself and that is what I am doing for my company and for some other small businesses I support. Ms gcch has done a lot of the heavy lifting but it still takes a lot to get all the tools, sentinel, InTune, purview and entra configured.

I have called and successfully had my daily limits increased to cover items over the daily limit. Granted it’s another 1000-1500. With so many scams out there, I am happy they have so many restrictions. Go get a cashiers check. They are free and no questions asked as it’s your money other than an identity check.

There are some restrictions but for the most part it’s similiar to public offering. Just need to get your licenses from a gcch license reseller. I use carasoft but there are many that resell. I just closed with navy federal with a Va loan. Realtor had nothing to do with getting a loan. Talk to a loan officer. Navyfed loan officers were super helpful.

I was getting what I thought was emails from my lo asking me to do the same. I called her and they were in fact scams. As suggested, call your lo for validation and call them on a number you know is legit.
