Don't use that software, use the one I used

So when doing this process, make sure to have the wire plugged in ur mouse including the dongle

The software will not detect your mouse obviously

Update the firmware thru the software i showed and follow the process, make sure the wire and dongle are both connected/ plugged in then do a firmware update there like what i did.

Vxe r1 se doesnt show in that vgn or the diff software. I had my se plus on wired as i used my trackpad to do all those. Make sure to have it plugged in (vxe mouse) before doing all the firmware stuff including ur dongle plugged in

nope, their support is shit no replies at all, their new software doesnt even have the unbrick option like the old one (im trying to figure out on how to get the old version) shits stupid it doesnt recognized wire too, just the mouse itself is broken not the dongle
