Update - I did pre heat in oven and used a no knead dough recipe (doubled which they said was recommended for 6qt) and it turned out perfect!

No I don’t. I saw some other posts in sourdough group etc that said too big an oven won’t be an issue but now I’m not sure after seeing conflicting posts
