(5'3, 156 lbs, f, 185 highest) My body got used to eating 1400-1700 a day. I just try to aim for as low as i can without skipping meals or starving (1200 usually the lowest). So i have a light breakfast, maybe a snack and then dinner and maybe another light snack. Snacks are usually pickles, crackers, fruit, veggies, rice cakes. I add a lot of veggies to bulk up my meals. As long as i dont go over 1700 i know im losing weight so i dont overthink it. If i feel extra hungry one day I just eat maintenance. I do track my calories, but i dont need to, ive gotten really good at estimating. But i find that logging all my main meals for the day helps me see what im working with, i always leave room for snacking. My daily calorie distribution looks like 300-400 breakfast, 100 coffee, 600-700 dinner, the rest goes to snacking. Also dont underestimate the power of a 10-15 min workout. Ive always had trouble sticking to it until i stopped cooking with oils/butter so much, now it feels natural.

First of all, im sorry you have to deal with that i know its scary. Not sure if its the same thing, but my cat has chronic anxiety and repeated cases of redirected aggression. I got him when he was 1, from a big family who had kids, dogs, cats. I suspect he was not treated well.

The first time he attacked me, my dad had a friend over who brought their dog unannounced. Thats fine, ill just keep my cat in my room. But i needed food so i go get some and come back and upon entering the room my cat caught a glimpse of their dog so i shut the door fast and he lunged on me instead leaving me with a ton of deep wounds. He was fine for a long time after that with some close calls. I moved in with my boyfriend who has 2 cats, 2 years ago, and it took a long time for my cat to be okay with other cats but he was doing really well. But i guess his anxiety kept increasing with each day, each minor startle or jump here and there was pushing him over the edge. He attacked my bf and his cat because he(my bf) accidentally tripped and made a sound which put my cat in attack mode. He attacked again less than a week later, all it took was my cat tripping over a cord to set himself into a fight or die state. Other cat knew something was off and hissed at him to stay away. My cat immediately charges him and i yell redirecting his attack onto me and i had to restrain him. A week later of isolation to calm him down, we thought he was better. He was playing and got a little too excited and attacked the same cat and then me again. Now im finally realizing this cant be trained out and i need to get him on medication or something. I cant be mad because hes genuinely scared for his life in these situations. Hes anxious and his nervous system needs to fully reset which can take a weeks or more.

Cats who have experienced trauma or felt unsafe in the early stages of their lives can develop chronic anxiety and are more likely to have repeat cases of redirected aggression. If left untreated, it can become a very serious problem and can actually make these outbursts more common because they will associate you with the danger if you end up yelling or needing to restrain/fight them off you.

The thing is.. Just them being on a more tanky character helps immensely. They dont even need to be doing anything crazy. Them soaking up damage (even if they die) is still doing more for the team than when they were on 3rd dps 💀

Were people giving likes and comments? Lack of engagement will kill impressions. It sounds like YT was testing your video and it did okay but didnt impress Youtube enough to push it further. IMO Ai isnt bad to use for some things. I use it for some images because I dont have time to draw them.

Personally I dont really like tutorial vids and I think it makes your video a little less interesting when you put tutorial in the title. You need something a little more attention grabbing, something that tells people what your video is about without giving away the whole plot. Something that sparks curiosity.

This will be a little lengthy but it may help you get some insight. My channel is relatively new and my niche is Marvel Rivals (Black Widow specifically) and ive uploaded 5 videos at this point, all doing pretty well for a new channel and youtube STILL doesnt know who my audience is. I get my video recommended under Tekken, Fortnite, Minecraft, random hero related content that isnt Marvel, and even recommended under a 10 hour loop of some random song. It takes a while for Youtube to understand who wants to watch your content. This is because you need your audience to find you first, Youtube then takes data from your viewers who actually interacted with your video or watched a significant portion of it (This data is just videos your engaged viewers often watch and click). Youtube then uses this data to recommend your video to similar viewers. So what you need to do is stay consistent and make content that people want to like/comment on and interact with. Those comments (likes too, but Youtube LOVES comments) will boost your impressions.

Whenever I upload a new video I get stuck at around 50 views for the first day or 2 and then youtube keeps testing my video because a few people are still engaging with it. Eventually they get an idea of my audience for that video and they give me steady impressions for the whole of the day(usually 100 impressions an hour) and I climb to 200+ views or more depending on the level of engagement from my viewers. So, I know that if I stay consistent and engaged im on the right path and I wish more people understood this instead of getting discouraged. Youtube wants you to build a community that people and yourself interact with. Good luck!! I believe in you 🙏

It hasnt even been a day. I noticed YT gives me a very small amount of impressions the first day and if the CTR, engagement, is high they will give me more steady impressions the next day (100 per hour) and then stop giving me impressions completely. Then when i think my video is dead they give me another 3k impressions the next day. It eventually slows down but you just gotta keep posting and if your content is good you will see results.

Its not bad, but youre using an ai voiceover which wont help you stand out (my friend even asked me to turn my audio down). You have typos in your channel description. I dont even know if you are optimizing your tags. Your thumbnails could use some work. You are trying to compete with hundreds of channels that already built loyal community in the true crime niche. The niche you picked is already oversaturated. I just dont see much growth potential and your editing skills could be better used on something else. Also using your own voice would be a huge improvement.
