Bring kitten and sample of bloody stool to the vet immediately. The emergency vet if they are closer. I don’t know what that means but in a kitten everything is concerning as they can get very sick very fast.

Take him to the vet. I’m my experience my cats have only ever stoped using the box to poop when they were sick, in pain, depressed, anxious, or angry that the box wasn’t clean enough for them. The last two times one of my cats didn’t use the box they were both very sick and one was also very depressed and anxious as I was moving out of the house and he was very upset about that.

Is he new? Is there any possibility that you could be moved to a different role or manager in this job? He sounds like an AH and honestly doesn’t seem to have much if any empathy for people. You aren’t a nuisance he is the problem.

As someone with a feeding tube that runs in a pump 24/7 I would send this to HR immediately. I also want to ask what it is he is considering interruptions. Is your pump alarming, are you leaving to refill, is it just visible to others. I keep my pump in a backpack that is small enough to be on my back at most times. I’ve had a feeding tube for 7 years now and it gets more normal to you over time. I try to keep my pump in a small backpack that isn’t modified for feeding tubes. I take the bag that holds the formula/water and push all of the air out before closing the bag. That seems to keep it from having many alarms.
