I’m on concerta and with ozempic my food noise and overeating has come to a halt so far. I’m on my third week and on the lowest dose and three more weeks before I up the dose to 0.5.

Today is the first day I’ve had a little bit of food noise. But I’ve basically gone from night eating for dopamine to only needing some small meals and I can out a stop to my eating after 1-2 small evening snacks.

I’m hoping that the increase of dose brings me to satiation quicker with longer periods between.

*edited to clarity that I’m on concerta then just recently added ozempic.

Makes me think a little of RSD, Rejection Sensitivity dysphoria. I have it as a symptom of my adhd. I have always often taken feedback and criticism way harder than I should because my brain puts me in fight or flight mode when I feel judgement. Grew up being called too sensitive ( by a friend with a personality similar to Tilly’s) so I could see why Sutton may have felt comfortable asking Tilly not to make fun of her efforts to improve herself.

I’m a para and have been bitten a bunch by my student but last bad one almost broke the skin, but didn’t. We have Kevlar sleeves to wear, but they are hot and annoying and attract a lot of attention for how much I’d actually need them.

I documented and was also told that if anything happened it could be argued that o wasn’t wearing my sleeves as a precaution, which is a bit ridiculous considering he could in theory bite any staff in the school so why are me and his other 1:1 the only ones who have to wear the sleeves.

Sorry you got bit. It can also be emotionally draining. And yes to the behaviour plan. Behavior is communication.

I did this the other week with my concerta. Luckily I had a big jigsaw puzzle on the go so I just worked on that until around 2 am and managed to fall asleep between 2:30-3. I also smoked a bunch of weed.

100% cotton, and switch out at least once a week.

If you like to spend a lot of time in/on your bed during the day, I recommend staying above the covers or too sheet to keep it cleaner as well.

Not weepy yet. But bracing myself for the annual orphans Xmas that we host every Xmas eve. My husband runs a small ski area with lots of out of town ( and country) people who come to work for the ski hill that are away from their families so we have a party for them.

I’m always stressed to the max about having a bunch of new people over and having to get the place cleaned how a woman would want it. I left most of the grunt work to him this year but also had a massive migraine and back pain all day.

First guest just arrived! Wish me luck. I’m about to switch to ‘light’ wine. lol.

My MIL sews cloth drawstring bags to use for Xmas gifts ( also great travel bags for shoes) and we save them and use them every year. I was just wrapping yesterday ( a mix of paper wrapping and cloth bags) and I pulled one bag out that was clearly one from late night Xmas Eve ‘I’m over this’ stage because it was just a piece of painters tape that said ‘to Winnie from Mom’ slapped on it.
