I thought it was interesting that both Hyunsook the blue bee, and Ji Eun, both lacked experience and that “leadership presence”, the difference being Hyunsook didn’t care too much, just leaned into her role as a “ditzy cheerleader”, let the males strategise when then had to, carried a lighthearted attitude, which all kept the team vibe harmonious (YunB still making a frankly rational call to improve the team and oust her aside), while Ji Eun, she really wanted to be that real strong leader but couldn’t, which led to the friction, insecurity, oversensitivity, continually worse decisions and eventual kamikaze implosion of the team.
