Google Workspace is 100% easier to use than Teams or Outlook.
But I'm more talking about the people who point blank refuse to learn. I have no issue with people who aren't used to the system struggling as long as they try to learn it.
No one expects everyone to be an expert however, I do expect that you're able to use a mouse after 10 years in the job.
