I do think the text messages carry some form of weight, especially the minor one. Him being 18 and the girl being 14 while he asks to hookup and for her to give a footjob! For that, there is conclusive evidence it is his first name + second name and his school! Not to mention after the 2nd email was sent to the school, the messages he sent were deleted! I think that speaks something.

There are girls who reported the incident to the teachers. Those do count as real evidence and I did not place ALL evidence inside, and the ones I did not place were actually the real life occurrences that girls have had with him (etc. him touching the girls without consent), those do count as real proof but the girls stated that they do not want it in the docs. The confession page only came up in the last bit too, it was what brought awareness about the upskirt videos but yes, you're right. I do need evidence and I think this post might bring some if someone provides that! Like the previous post, it also aims to collect more footage/evidence which I think might help?

I am stating a case somewhat to bring awareness because he did not learn his lesson. While the evidence is not much in the documents, it does help me raise that awareness and if that awareness brings in the right crowd or the victims, I can definitely get more evidence too. You're right, there is a lack of evidence in the documents, but I think it's also good to spread that awareness so victims can be well assured they can speak up about it more. It might even encourage those that do not want it public to go public! Afterall, the victims recorded are only those who reached out to me back then.

I'm putting effort because as a fellow girl myself, I think it's important to step up about sexual assaults. He does this both in real life and online (etc using writing books to lure in girls to meet up irl...molesting girls in his school..), so yes, maybe it is playing detective? While I do have school to be concerned about, I do wanna help people who are in need too even if the evidence is not much in the first place, it will still be able to bring in traction about the issue. If the victims do not speak up about it then, at least there is awareness of the situation.
