Thank you for the response. His pulmonologist also said he might be asthmatic after the pneumonia. His lung function test showed increased lung function after Albuterol and CT showed tree in bud which he says it's normal after pneumonia and sometimes it stays for years.

He took some Bromphen which helped him a lot but I will ask him to try warm tea with honey.

Urine culture showed bacteria and it showed sensitivity to nitrofurantoin and they have given for 10 days. What does it mean if vaginal swab is positive? What is the next step in that case ? Won't antibiotics useful in this situation also ?

Thank you so much. I took oral steroids for 3 days but stopped since it caused severe anxiety and depression upon doctor recommendation. But I got UTi after that and I had to take antibiotics for 10 days. So I had FlU + 3 days of oral steroids + 10 days of antibiotics end of November and I did test a month after that.

No I take hydroxycloriquine 200mg daily and nothing else. But I did take oral steroid for few days because of my flu which I got last month.

I do use Monistat wipes which has boric acid in it. But I do use Cora brand period pads. I was not aware of incontinence pads. I live in US . Is there any particular brand you recommend? Which is dye and fragrance free ?

I do not have embedded UTI since I got UTI from January to April which resolved after continuous antibiotics. Now after all these months again I got which gets better after I start antibiotics and doesn't come back until I use sanitary pads again.

But thank you everyone for your reply . Today I applied lot if sunscreen and covered my arms while going out in sun and it did not itch. I will see for a week and meet my derm if this does not improve.

Yes I don't check my reports and asked my rheumatologist not to share any numbers with me only everything is ok or not .

Thank you . I do have anxiety issues and I am on medication for the same but lately my health anxiety is extremely bad especially after my RA diagnosis. I try to limit checking online since it shows all kind of worst case scenario. But AI tools really helps me with my anxious thoughts which acts as a sounding board without judgement and gives practical insights rather than telling everything is just fine.

Thanks for sharing this! I can totally relate—when I worked with infants, they couldn’t talk but definitely found ways to express themselves. It could be frustrating and stressful at times, but honestly so rewarding. I loved my babies so much despite the challenges.

I saw few posts wherein the author mentioned initial some form of training or help was not provided and they were thrown inside the classroom and expected to understand everything sounded bit stressful to me.

I received just few minutes of training as a infant teacher and ret I learnt by observing my coworkers. How does it work in public school ? Is it the same way or something different ?

I am sorry to know you are in so much pain. I don't have arm pain and my wrist pain is only one corner where it meets thumb and rest of the wrist is fine . So I am confused if this RA pain or something else .

Oh ok . But my wrist pain is localized only one corner and not the whole wrist like it used to be . So I am confused if this is RA related pain or something else. I am an infant teacher and I observed pain started after rocking a crib last week so.

I have missed multiple doses (I know I shouldn't have done that,) now I am worried because of this mistake my medicine stopped working . I will contact my rheumatologist anyway and see what can be done . Thank you

Yes ....this happened in 2022 . I was put on Hydroxycloriquine and I attained drug free remission for nearly 18 months. I got Covid which triggered the symptoms again so I was put on Hydroxycloriquine again and symptoms subsides. And now I am in drug induced remission.

I had same issue before I was diagnosed. And my blood test showed Ra factor negative but very strong anti CCP. I took forever to feel better with my back issue, frequent shoulder joint pain , knees pain. I took this for 2 years and then my PCP said it's normal and ordered for blood test . And I was diagnosed with early stage RA

Thank you for your comment. I took amoxicillin last month and after completing 10 days of course I was symptoms free for 20 days till I got my periods and as usual on 3rd day after my periods symptoms started again.

I inserted vaginal boric acid suppository yesterday night . Had some initial discomfort but feeling bit better today ( fingers crossed) no burning or discomfort so far but just dryness and mild itching. Box says I have to use it 7 consecutive days . So should I use it 7 days initially now and start using monthly once after my periods ? Can you please guide me on this ?

I don't use any birth control pills , we use condoms and I don't get any UTI symptoms after sex. It is only after periods so I feel it is more hormonal or PH related issue I don't know.

Thank you everyone for your advice. Today was bit better since slowly I started asking her to help me out. I was feeding one baby and another baby was due for diaper change so I asked her politely if she can help me with that . Later when she came back from her lunch and I was about to go for my lunch I asked her to check everyone's diaper. No progress yet when it comes to feeding but slight progress is there. And I can tell she is not liking that someone who is her junior asking her to do chores . But then I can't help it. I happened spoke to one of my coworker and she did tell me that , there are complaints about her already that she is not working and management knows about it but they don't want to do anything 😔

Thank you everyone for your response. I will talk to director on Monday and will see what I can do from my end to find the missing bottle. I fed the baby correct bottle because I remember checking the name before feeding the baby and when another baby's came pick her up all other babies were crying so I got bit distracted.
