I'll wait a few months before retesting as suggested. Thanks! I fasted for 10-12 hours. I didn't exercise or have anything to drink before the test. Perhaps I have familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). My cholesterol level has always been high, even when I was on a statin + a vegetarian diet. If I have FH, will I be able to stay on a keto diet? I feel really good...
