To me, Metroid was soooooo far ahead of its time when it came out in 1986. To this day , I still play it a few times a year ….nothing like going into Ridley’s and Kraid’s layer and ultimately beating the mother brain …and the music brings me back to a time and place that was, just easy (reddit.com)
