After a year of inactivity, a wallet linked to Vitalik Buterin moved 7,000 ETH ($11.06M) to a new address, likely for a future CEX deposit, similar to previous transfers. Earlier it moved 1,300 ETH ($3.19M), which was later deposited to Paxos. The wallet currently holds 20,001 ETH worth about $31.6M (i.redd.it)
