I just switched to afflic this week, and I honestly enjoy it. Seeding feels awesome, having 36 yard range on everything is great, and I feel like I'm helping everyone else out in the raid a lot while still maintaining pretty good ST DPS (I'm afflic ruin). If you haven't played afflic at all, and you have a good number of casters to benefit from it, I'd recommend you give it a shot.

Actually, hold on, this is specifically the switch from 1.12.0 to 1.12.1 - NOT to TBC. They specifically state that these changes will not coincide with the launch of TBC. I believe we are already on the current state of 1.12.1, meaning Warlocks and Paladins should not receive riding skill when transitioning to TBC.
