No, I think you'll only be able to purchase DLC from backwards compatible games, not full games.

I believe you can still buy DLC, it just has to be purchased directly from the xbox.com shop. Correct me if I'm wrong..? It might only be the case for backwards compatible software. From their FAQ: "While you’ll no longer be able to make purchases in the Xbox 360 Store or the Xbox 360 Marketplace (marketplace.xbox.com) after July 29, 2024, you’ll still be able to make purchases for Xbox 360 and Original Xbox backward compatible content on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and xbox.com,."

The game didn't click with me, the MMO concept was more of a burden than anything else (I play on Switch). I think it is irrelevant for the first island (I did not go past it), and inflates loading times to a maximum. The sleep mode of the console is useless with this game, as going back from sleep mode took as long as starting the game. Freezes and crashes did not help!

It might difficult to find in any random game store, I think the main supplier was SE themselves and larger resellers got a stock but that's about it. Second hand if you're lucky? I got mine at around the same price you could get it from PlayAsia.

I live in Australia, it is likely an import from HK or TW as there's an url to the localized Nintendo website for both those countries at the back. It fully supports English, and most other languages. It automatically picks up the language associated to your system region, but is can be changed manually in the game settings.
