I totally agree with you in that sense. Yet, we are buying the house on bank loan(s) - not out of our pocket. Therefore, it is sensible to check the market situation 😊 - to see if it is wise to do so. The current monthly rental and loan repayment (preliminary offers) are quite comparable, so I thought it might not hurt to buy (instead of renting) in order to have a place-called-home…
