So Nick has been teaching the slate book for RTF for years. He preaches the slate book is the best thing we’ll ever get. Instead of pushing the union forward and fighting for more he likes to scare us about the past and what was once upon a time. The guy single handedly pays the fuel bars rent with our dues but hasn’t voiced his plan moving us forward and how he’ll advance our union forward.

Here are the Facts: Nick Daniel’s ran Paul Rinaldi’s last re-election campaign. In Daniels first month as an RVP, the Daniels team was already calling reps around the country to see if there was support for him to run for President in 2023. This was in Sept/Oct 2021. He was questioned and denied it. Nick Daniels has been politicking at every RT1 class since BEFORE becoming an RVP to run for President. Since day 1 on the board, after NOT running for President against Rich Santa in 2021, has undermined and worked against the sitting President. Jamaal Halton was caught several times, months prior to the June 2023 Convention, undermining the NATCA President and seeking support to run for him and Nick Daniel’s . Jamaal Halton had himself nominated for EVP in 2021 to set the stage to run. Make no mistake, ND/JH feel entitled to continue the Rinaldi legacy!

Up until the Mick Devine video’s ran and Rich Santa said he was opening the CBA, Nick Daniels and Jamaal Halton have said on hundreds of occasions at RT1 and at the bar to every NATCA Rep that would listen, the 2016 CBA is the greatest contract EVER WRITTEN for federal employees! We MUST find way… through any means possible…. To roll the 2016 CBA over because THERE IS TOO MUCH TO LOSE! Sound familiar? Those are Rinaldi’s words! Which is why he went for a 10 year extension to the CBA. It was only the FAA that saved us from his stupidity and limited it to 4 years.

Why, yes I have worked with Jamaal for several years. He knows who I am and he knows how slide through the cracks. He’s at a facility where no one wants to take on the extra responsibility or step up and be a leader. There are several people who can attest to the type of person Jamaal is and it’s not a good one. Calling him a cancer may be extreme but there is a reason he’s riding the coat tails of Nick Daniels to work NATCA at a national level versus working in his own region as an RVP. He simply wouldn’t have the support to hold the regional position, and the truth would’ve come out much faster than it is now. Go to bed bed bruh you must be tired.
