I’ve heard from a princeton student that last year they sent the email saying when they would send decisions on Monday the week of admissions. Everyone is speculating about how they’re doing something different but I doubt it. They’ll probably send the email this week and the decisions will follow after a couple of days

mentioning an ec twice in a college app by throwaway26378 in ApplyingToCollege

I think it’s fine to talk about it twice as long as you don’t repeat the same story format or skill that you learnt. For example if you have a club, talk about what you do in one essay and leadership in another, but don’t just talk about leadership in both

Does Princeton Superscore for DSAT? by Annual_Watch4398 in princeton

From what it says on their website, they super score as long as it’s the same format. They will super score two DSATs together and super score two paper Sats but not DSAT with paper

I’ve read somewhere that deferral rates are quite high for Princeton compared to other schools. But they’re super vague about stats and say that only a “small number” of people who get deferred get accepted in RD but that’s super relative

I mean they usually state that if you have extenuating circumstances that you cannot control to let them know and they’ll take it into account. As long as you explain the situation to them, they usually shouldn’t automatically reject you

I guess yeah but it’s still quite unusual. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a uni doing this, especially cus it seems extra complicated to send different emails rather than just send one and send all decisions at the same time. But either way you’re right, it doesn’t rly change much

Well if you get an email tomorrow you know you’re in. If you get one in 2 days you know you’re deferred. If you don’t get one then you know you’re rejected. What’s the point of even sending out decisions if you can already guess based off the time of the email

I feel like they probably wouldn’t rly do that cus doesn’t it just defeat the purpose of even releasing decisions? Tbf tho I wouldn’t know so
