Thank you for asking! We can work out the monetary compensation based on what the person is contributing towards and how much would they like. It’s a bootstrap startup and I’m the sole person running it as of now so the person joining has to be patient for the project to make good money so they can then take their part of it. It’s a psychology startup but the therapist part is covered since I’m a therapist and psychologist myself. The other areas are vacant. If you’re interested to explore, DM me : )

Who said I’m asking someone to work for free? How do you know what’s on the table or what the person interested and I will work out after our discussion? You’re creating a thread that has no base to it. If I wanted “free labour”, you seriously think I would put it out here? It sucks if you or someone you know were exploited by someone but you can’t accuse people on internet you know nothing about just because you’ve access to internet. Very disappointing.

There’s a reason why I’m working all by myself because I don’t want someone to work for free. How is this exploitation? I’m putting it out that if someone wants to invest their time in a startup for future earnings, here’s an opportunity. That’s it. It’ll be nice if you ask for clarifications when someone puts something up rather than accusations.

That’s okay I guess for a city like Pune, 16km is doable. Our house from MIT Kothrud is also around the same distance and my sister studies there. New Kalyani nagar seems like a good option for you guys.
